Refund policy
[Tuition Refund Criteria – Based on the Enforcement Ordinance of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Private Teaching Institutes and Extracurricular Lessons]

Calculation of Total Class Hours:
For contracts exceeding one month where the course begins mid-month, the total class hours will be calculated pro-rata. This serves as the basis for determining the average monthly class hours when calculating refundable tuition for the current month. -
Tuition Refund Request Procedure:
Refund requests must be submitted using the prescribed refund request form. Requests for early termination and refunds must be submitted directly to the academy by 3 PM on the day before the next scheduled class. Late submissions will result in the scheduled session being considered attended. Refunds can only be requested during the course duration (excluding the grace period). -
Refund Processing and Payment:
The refund amount, calculated after deductions, will be deposited into the student’s designated account or processed as a card cancellation (for card payments) within five days of receiving the refund request. -
Penalty Adjustments:
If the contract is terminated early due to personal reasons, all discounted tuition fees granted at the time of the contract will revert to the full rate. The difference will be charged as a penalty.
